This refund policy applies to services provided by Vertical WP.
All of our services are digital in nature and some are available for download. Despite this, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase(s). If you are not completely satisfied within the first 14 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.
Account and Content Access
Upon issuance of a refund, your account and access to all content will be suspended. Should you desire to access your account and content, you will need to remit payment in full at the current listed price for our training program.
30 days after the refund is issued, it is at our discretion to delete your account from our system. You can recreate your account at any time by purchasing our program again, however you will have to start the training program from the beginning.
